Coincidentally, his favorite was D’addario, something that our strings poll found. Perhaps there is something to these D’addario strings.
I use them, but I think it’s mostly due to lack of options. I have a serious hatred for changing strings and do it as little as possible. As a result, I don’t experiment much, but that’s going to have to change.
