		<description>It&#039;s one of the coolest things happening to you as a teacher when a student not only regurtitates the stuff you are feeding him, but shows some independent thinking of his own. At least it is for me. :-)</description>

		<description>Considering that my student stumbled upon something that most conservatories do teach (form/analysis), but few students get, I&#039;m not sure what exactly your point is.  Students should think for themselves, but not all teachers are bad.</description>
